We offer three thoughtfully designed service options—each delivering the same refined hydration experience, tailored to the needs of the participants, venue, and event.

Four Ways to Experience Luxe Water Co.
There are four ways to experience Luxe Water Co. Each option delivers the same
premium hydrogen hydration, thoughtfully adapted to your venue and event
style. Pricing and set up quoted below are general prices. Specific prices may
require a customized quote.
Option One: Luxury Hydrogen Water Bar with Pop Up
Best for venues with direct water access and continuous hydration needs.
A fully styled, portable hydrogen water bar featuring a
pop up backdrop and same-day poured hydrogen water
containers—designed to integrate beautifully into
elevated events. Up to 15 gallons of hydrogen-rich water
are provided (approximately 320 six-ounce servings).
This option is ideal for events seeking a refined
hydration experience without requiring a direct water
connection.
Site Requirements
On-site attendant included.
Cups available upon request. Glasses or tumblers provided by the hotel
Waste/waste removal provided by Luxe Water Co.
Setup and teardown provided by Luxe Water Co.
If on-site attendant is not necessary, the pricing will be altered.
Introductory Offer
Pricing:
$1,000 — 4 hours of event service
$175 — Each additional hour
Multi-day event programs and additional hydrogen water bars for larger events are available upon request.
Option Two: Simple Hydrogen Water Cooler
Designed to integrate beautifully into elevated events.
A streamlined hydration solution designed for locations without access to a water source, or when a full hydration station is not required.
This option includes a simple water cooler with up to three 5-gallon containers of same-day poured hydrogen-rich water (approximately 320 six-ounce servings).
Site Requirements
To ensure seamless setup and service, the following are required:
2.5’ x 2.5’ footprint
Standard electrical outlet within 3 feet
A standard table for cups (if necessary). We often encourage clients to offer
branded water bottles in the gift bag.
Service Details
No on-site attendant included (manual change of water jugs by hotel or client)
Cups/Glasses and waste/waste removal provided by the hotel (a space and
table must be provided for these).
Setup and teardown provided by Luxe Water Co.
Introductory Offer
Pricing
$600 — up to 6 hours of event service
$160 — Each additional hour
Multi-day event programs and additional water coolers for larger events are available. Please inquire.
Option Three: On-Site Hydrogen Water System
(make your own hydrogen water on-site)
A streamlined hydration solution for smaller gatherings.
Best for venues with direct water access and continuous
hydration needs.
This option is ideal for venues and events with direct
water access that require reliable, on-demand and fresh
hydrogen hydration throughout the event.
Daily and weekly hydrogen system rentals are available
for touring talent, extended events, residencies, and
multi-day productions.
Site Requirements
Access to a standard water source with an accessible shut-off
Drain access
Standard electrical power within two feet of water source
Space required: 2' x 2' countertop space
A site visit or photos of the site are necessary before contracting
For outdoor events, appropriate overhead coverage or additional rental fees
apply
Service Details

Multiple systems can be made available for larger events.
Reservations
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
Dates are secured once the signed service agreement and retainer payment are received.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in the service agreement.
Option Four: Custom Event Hydration Program
Best for venues with direct water access and continuous hydration needs.
For events requiring a more tailored approach, Luxe
Water Co. can create a customized hydration program
based on the event size, venue, schedule, service needs,
and desired guest experience.
Custom programs may incorporate multiple hydration
stations or coolers, extended or multi-day service,
additional attendants, branded drinkware, and selected
wellness enhancements.
Ideal for larger events, multi-day programs, and
experiences where a standard service option may not
fit the event’s needs.
Site Requirements
Site requirements are determined by the selected service options and venue setup. Space, power, water access, drainage, and outdoor coverage requirements will be confirmed as applicable during planning.
Service Details
Service structure is customized to the event and may include attendant support, setup and teardown, hydration service, branded elements, and selected enhancements.
Pricing: Custom Quote
Pricing is based on event size, duration, selected hydration services, staffing, and enhancements.
Reservations

A concentrated hydration offering is often appreciated for post-celebration
recovery $200 (up to 4 hours) / $25 each additional hour
• Organic Fruit-Infused Water
Fresh fruit infusion prepared on site
$100 (up to 4 hours)
• Exogenous Ketone Shots
Powerful macronutrient that can cross the blood-brain barrier and increase brain energy efficiency. May notice a radical boost in focus, endurance, and performance. Natural caffeine or no caffeine options available. Quote provided upon request.

Travel Charges for Mountain Events
These are sample travel charges for outside the Denver metro area. Please request a quote if the location is other than any of these destinations:
Boulder/Evergreen: $60
