We offer three thoughtfully designed service options—each delivering the same refined hydration experience, tailored to the needs of the participants, venue, and event.

Three Ways to Experience Luxe Water Co.
Each option delivers the same premium hydrogen hydration, thoughtfully adapted to your
venue and event style.
Option One: On-Site Hydrogen Water System
Best for venues with direct water access and continuous hydration needs.
A premium Kangen Water® hydrogen system connected directly to a venue’s water source and drain, delivering freshly produced, hydrogen-rich water continuously throughout your event.
Designed for weddings, corporate gatherings, and performance environments where elevated hydration enhances the guest experience.
This system provides reliable, on-demand hydrogen water service, ensuring guests, presenters, and performers have continuous access to freshly prepared hydrogen hydration.
Site Requirements
To ensure seamless setup and operation, the following are required:
Access to a standard water source with an accessible shut-off
Drain access
Standard electrical power
For outdoor events, appropriate overhead coverage
This option is ideal for venues and events with direct water access that require reliable, on-demand and fresh hydrogen hydration throughout the event.
Daily and weekly Kangen Water® hydrogen system rentals are available for touring talent, extended events, residencies, and multi-day productions.

Pricing:
$1,000 — 4 hours of event service
$175 — Each additional hour
Multiple systems can be made available for larger events.
Option Two: Luxury Hydrogen Water Bar with Pop Up
Designed to integrate beautifully into elevated events.
A fully styled, portable hydrogen water bar featuring a custom wooden framework and same-day poured hydrogen water containers—designed to integrate beautifully into elevated events. Up to 15 gallons of hydrogen-rich water are provided (approximately 320 six-ounce servings).
Site Requirements
To ensure a smooth and efficient setup, the following are required:
Backdrop is 10’ . Table is 5'. Depth is 4'.
Standard electrical outlet within 3 feet
Suitable indoor or outdoor placement
Stair access may incur an additional service fee
For outdoor events, overhead coverage (A premium canopy can be provided for an additional fee)
Design & Presentation
The hydrogen water bar kiosk is intentionally styled to complement refined environments.

This option is ideal for events seeking a refined hydration experience without requiring a direct water connection.

$1,000 — 4 hours of event service
$175 — Each additional hour
Multi-day event discounts and additional hydrogen water bar for larger events are available upon request.
Option Three: Simple Hydrogen Water Cooler
A streamlined hydration solution for smaller gatherings.
A streamlined hydration solution designed for locations without access to a water source, or when a full hydration station is not required.
This option includes a simple water cooler with up to five 3-gallon containers of same-day poured hydrogen-rich water (approximately 320 six-ounce servings).
Site Requirements
To ensure smooth setup and service, the following are required:
2.5’ x 2.5’ footprint
Standard electrical outlet within 3 feet
Service Details
No on-site attendant included (manual change of 3 gallon water jugs by client)
Setup and teardown provided by Luxe Water Co.
This option is well-suited for smaller gatherings, backstage areas, or situations where simplicity and efficiency are the priority.
Pricing:
$600 — Up to 6 hours of event service
$60 — Each additional hour
Multi-day event discounts and additional water coolers for larger events are available. Please inquire.
Reservations
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
Dates are secured once the signed service agreement and retainer payment are received.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in the service agreement.

$200 (up to 4 hours) / $25 each additional hour
• Organic Fruit-Infused Water
Fresh fruit infusion prepared on site
$100 (up to 4 hours)
• Ketone IQ Shots
Powerful macronutrient that can cross the blood-brain barrier and increase brain energy efficiency. May notice a radical boost in focus, endurance, and performance. Natural caffeine or no caffeine options available. Quote provided upon request.

Travel Charges for Mountain Events
These are sample travel charges for outside the Denver metro area. Please request a quote if the location is other than any of these destinations:
Boulder/Evergreen: $60
Frisco/Silverthorne/Colorado Springs: $90
Breckenridge/Keystone: $110
